Happy Flag Day, all!

Happy Flag Day, all!  We at PPB are all in for the red, white, and blue season ... everywhere you look inside and outside, you'll be reminded of how lucky we are to live in America. 

Gotta DAD or Grandad on your mind? It's true – Sunday is the big day, but the good news is we're open EVERY DAY* now, including Father's Day. I have a big heart for sports because I watched so many games and matches with my own dad, so we have a nice selection of great reads on everything from hockey to baseball to golf and more. You'll also find all the best books on American History (and no, there's no way your dad has read every David McCullough)! FYI ... our decor features flags everywhere, and if they don our tables, we haven't put book displays on top out of respect for the American flag. But no worries - we will point you to our packed bookcase shelves.

Hug your daddies if possible all y'all – if not, think happy thoughts.  I watched so many sports with my pop that I could really talk the talk, and when I was interviewing for my first real legal job, one firm apparently dubbed me "sports girl" internally because, in downtimes, that was my go-to comfort zone for chatter during the interview day. It worked; Sports Girl got the job. Thanks, Dad!
